Since 1994 we have been renting out our apartments, both on a temporary basis and to permanent tenants. We have several thousand overnight stays in our apartments every year. The apartments are located in the Dortmund city center, in Dortmund Huckarde and near the Borsigplatz.

Our guests are individuals or groups who stay in Dortmund or the surrounding area for a long period of time, privately or professionally.
